Terms of Service for Rayat university

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Rayat university! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rayat university's websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies and guidelines incorporated by reference. Rayat university reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them.   • Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services, through hacking, password mining, or any other means.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, are the property of Rayat university or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or publicly display any portion of the Services without the prior written consent of Rayat university.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. Rayat university DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Rayat university, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rayat university, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Services' content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Services and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of [State/Country of University] without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. These Terms of Service constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Rayat university regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Services.
